The Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council offers an extensive suite of service excellence training workshops which are interactive in design and have been developed for supervisors, managers and front-line employees. The premise for our programming is that excellence in service, provided by knowledgeable staff will encourage repeat business. The Council also offers customized training and online options which include health & safety programs.
